Shipment of the goods provided by Transport company.
Delivery is only made until Building / House.
The shipping agent of record is not forced to deliver goods to any floor above ground level.
Self pick up is also possible. When the payment is done, we inform you where in Tallinn and when
you can collect your goods.
Notification of defects
All our products are covered by our 12 month warranty.
The customer must check the goods for any defects immediately. If flaws or deviations of the quantity
are realised, they have to be reported to the shipping agent immediately, and they have to be set out
in writing. Flaws of any kind must be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods. If this is not
done, the delivered goods will be classified as correct regarding quantity and quality.
The warranty starts on the day following receipt of the product.
Warranty does not include buttons on sofas as they do have a tendency to catch on pockets etc so are
not associated to a manufacturing defect.
Damaged goods
If the customer receives damaged goods (damage through transport/manufacturing errors/missing parts etc.)
he has the right to receive substitution without further costs. Damages have to be reported in written
form or electronically (via e-mail) with images (where possible) within 3 working days. If the customer
fails to do so he may invalidate his claim.
Right of return
The customer has the right to return goods within 7 days of receipt. Informing ClassicFurniture4u by
email or phone is sufficient to protect your time warranty. The right of return is with the exception
of the following articles: custom-made products, special offers , special orders
and price-reduced leftovers on stock.
The brought-back product must not be used-up and must have an original package. The money is remitted to
your account within 14 labor days after an item has been returned. The merchandise return expenses
(transport) are incurred by a customer.
Cancellation of Orders
Return transport costs
The customer is liable for the return transport costs unless the goods are proven to be faulty
(see the above). The customer must liaise directly with ClassicFurniture4u to organise this
Arbitrary return transport by the self-importer as well as refusal to accept goods on delivery
is also charged to the customer. The cheapest way of transporting will be chosen.
Refusal of acceptance
If the customer refuses acceptance of delivery without our prior knowledge of the seller he will
be in breach of contract. As a direct result, the customer will be liable to pay complete freight
costs, as well as excess charges that have incurred to ClassicFurniture4u.
Recirculation of goods
Recirculation of goods will only be accepted in the original freight-boxes and the original slides.
So please keep the freight-boxes and slides after delivery.
